Miner identity released

A former British Royal Marine who was waiting for a transfer to the Australian army has been identified as the mine worker killed at Tasmania's Savage River last week.

32 year old Nathaniel Beesley had been contracting at the mine when an accident took his life late last week.

He'd brought his wife and 2 young children to Australia for a fresh start.
