A fire to a unit in Exeter in the North of the state is being treated as suspicious.
The Tasmania Fire Service was called to the property late last night, to find it fully engulfed.
The blaze was extinguished and Near-by neighbours were evacuated due to the close proximity of the units.
Meanwhile, a fire's caused significant damage to a home and two cars parked at the property in Lutana-a Toyota Tarago and Mitsubishi Parejo.
The TFS got the call out at 11:40pm last night and kept a presence at the Risdon Road address through the night.
The Tasmania Fire Service was unable to determine the cause of the inferno and police will continue to investigate the incident.
Around $80,000 damage has been caused.
The damage bill for the Exeter fire is yet to be determined.
No one was injured in either blaze.
