Another public housing property has been burnt down.
Investigations have confirmed the fire at number 10 Stonehouse Street at George Town on Sunday afternoon was deliberately lit.
Crews found it well alight on arrival around 10 past 4; no one was inside at the time.
The estimated damage bill has topped $200,000, a neighbouring home also evacuated due to heavy smoke contamination.
A reward of $10,000 is on offer for information leading to the conviction of public housing arsonists.
