Are you okay?

Today is national R U OK Day, and asks individuals to stop and ask people how they are feeling, in an effort to raise awareness of mental health illnesses.

Angela Jeffreys, TasRail Specialist Advisor for Safety and Risk Management, has dealt with various debilitating mental health issues since she was 17.

Ms Jeffreys talks with Martin Agatyn about her inspiring story on R U OK Day.
