The feasibility study for a barrage across the Tamar River has come back with a price tag of $320 million.

The development would increase the value in surrounding properties, and would have the potential for Launceston to become a lake city - filled with house boats, cruises and windsurfers.

Brian Carlton talks to retiring President of Tamar Lake Inc, Robin Frith, to discuss the price tag and what’s next for this major city project.
