‘What goes up, must come down’ –Chinese space station may hit Tasmania

Keep your eyes peeled a week either side of April 3rd - a Chinese space station could crash into Tasmania.

Chinese space station Tiangong-1 has lost control and is hurtling towards the Earth’s atmosphere. Several locations have been identified as possible areas where the station may crash, with Tasmania at a high probability.

Dr Brad Tucker, Astrophysicist and Cosmologist for the Australian National University, speaks to Brian Carlton about the likelihood of Tasmania becoming a crash zone.
