A free app to monitor roadkill on Tasmanian roads was launched this week.
The app encourages people to mark areas where roadkill is found, so that data on roadkill hotspots can be collected and used for road mitigation.
Team Leader from the Save the Tasmanian Devil program, Dr Sam Fox, joins Brian Carlton to speak about the app this morning, as road users are the second biggest threat to Tasmanian devils.
They also discuss the startling revelation this morning that there is no collective term for a group of devils – what do you think would be a suitable term?
The app is called 'Roadkill TAS' and is available for download on the App store or Google Play Store.
