A tobacco treatment specialist says Australia has always had a ‘quit or die’ approach to smoking, but vaping offers an alternative.
The Federal government has backed down on their stance against e-cigarettes, which Health Minister Greg Hunt once said would not be legalised - ‘not on his watch.’
