A new campaign has launched to allow adult survivors of sexual abuse to share their stories publicly and put their name to them.

Currently, Tasmania and the Northern Territory are the only states that have laws in place that do not legally allow survivors to be named – even if they wish to be.

Tony from Ulverstone calls in to discuss this with Brian Carlton this morning. He is a survivor of sexual assault and has run into legal issues when trying to tell his story, though he absolutely cannot understand why.
