Over 160 Little Penguins have been killed in recent months due to a series of disturbing dog attacks.

The State Government announced last week a review of the Dog Control Act 2000, which would require dog owners to exercise greater control over their pets.

Dr Eric Woehler, Convenor of Birdlife Tasmania and part of the Tasmanian Penguin Advisory Group, joins Brian Carlton to discuss the issue.

Listen as Eric shares whether he believes the actions the government is taking will be enough to save our penguins.
