Many Tasmanian landlords have been left waiting on thousands of dollars in rent arrears, due to COVID-19 rules preventing the eviction of tenants who do not pay their rent – including those who are abusing these protections.

Listen as Louise Elliott, President of the Tasmanian Residential Rental Property Owners Association, joins Aaron Stevens to discuss the struggles many landlords are currently facing, calling on the State Government to step in.
