A recent survey conducted by the Tasmanian Residential Property Owners Association has revealed that 27% of landlords would prefer to leave their property empty if Tasmania was hit with a second wave of COVID-19.

The survey also showed 45% of landlords would avoid leasing their property to non-essential workers, such as those in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Listen as President of the Tasmanian Residential Property Owners Association, Louise Elliott, joins Aaron Stevens to discuss the survey, the issues Tassie landlords are currently facing, and calls for the State Government to take action.
