Health Dept details AstraZeneca advice change for under 50s, what it means for Tassie

Medical advice for the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine has changed for people under the age of 50 due to links with rare cases of blood clots.

This has led to Prime Minister Scott Morrison scrapping the initial target to have all Australians receive the jab before October.
